Rekayasa Industri (sering disebut dengan REKIND) Rekind merupakan perusahaan yang berasal dari Indonesia dan bergerak dalam bidang konstruksi, teknik dan pengadaan barang untuk melayani pabrik-pabrik industri skala besar. Perusahaan ini didirikan di Jakarta pada tahun 1981 oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Pada 5 tahun pertama beroperasinya, bisnis utama perusahaan ini adalah melayani industri kimia dan petrokimia
Adapun komposisi kepemilikan saham REKIND saat ini yaitu 90,06% dikuasai oleh PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (PIHC), 4,97% dikuasai oleh PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (Pupuk Kaltim/PKT), dan 4,97% dikuasai oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia.

Posisi dan Persyaratan :
Project Engineer
Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree from major: Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. 
2. Having experience at least 5 years as an Mechanical Engineer or Project Engineer in EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Project.

CPC & ERM Staff 1
Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree from major: Accounting. 
2. Fresh Graduate, preferably having experience at least 3 years as an Accounting or Finance. 
3. Have good skill and experience in accounting treatment of construction, budgeting, and company general knowledge or business process. 
4. Have good expert in operating Ms Office (Word, Exel, Power Point). 
5. Being able to set its own standard of performance to be achieved. 
6. Having manner consistent with the values and beliefs. 
7. Able to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not visible based on the experience. 
8. Understanding the formal and informal structures of the organization and is able to identify the role of each individual. 
9. Have good intergrity, accurate, thorough, talkative, good listener, patient, and team player.

Personel Management Staff 1
Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree from major: Economic, Management, Social Science, Accounting from reputable university. 
2. Having experience at least 2 years as a HR Staff (Payroll, Compensation-Benefit, System & Procedure, and Administration). 
3. Have good expert in operating Ms Office (Word, Exel, Power Point). 
4. Being able to set its own standard of performance to be achieved. 
5. Having manner consistent with the values and beliefs. 
6. Able to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not visible based on the experience. 
7. Understanding the formal and informal structures of the organization and is able to identify the role of each individual.

Recruitment Staff 1
