POSISI DAN PERSYARATAN : 
Geodetic Engineer (Code : GE)
Requirements

• Male. 
• Maximum 27 years old. 
• Minimum Bachelor of Geodetic Engineering from reputable university with accreditation A. 
• Work experience at least 2 years in the related / same field. 
• Professional and able to organize of gathering physical data of surface of the earth with the use of precision instruments. 
• Able to implement Field Engineering, able to do the scientific and methodical processing of 
• the data of measurement and presenting them on graphs, plans, maps, charts or documents. 
• Understanding of geospatial, topography and photogrammetry. 

Structure Engineer (Code : SE)
Requirements

• Male / Female. 
• Maximum 27 years old. 
• Minimum Bachelor of Civil Engineering, majoring in structur engineering, from reputable university with accreditation A. 
• Work experience 2 years in the related / same field, fresh graduated are welcome. 
• Must have basic knowledge of analysis and design of structures. 
• Preferable able to run software SAP or ETABS also Autocad or Autodesk. 

Highway and Traffic Engineer (Code : HTE)
Requirements

• Male / Female. 
• Maximum 27 years old. 
• Minimum Bachelor of Civil Engineering, majoring in transportation engineering, from reputable university with accreditation A. 
• Work experience 2 years in the related / same field, fresh graduated are welcome. 
• Must have basic knowledge of analyze the survey data field, other data such as the type and volume of traffic and setting up detailed design. 
• Preferable able to run software SAP or ETABS also Autocad or Autodesk. 

Draftsman (Code : DR)
Requirements

• Male. 
• for Diploma III: maximum 24 years old, majoring of Civil Engineering from reputable 
• academy with accreditation A, work experience 2 years in the related / same field, fresh graduated are welcome. 
• for High School: maximum 24 years old, from reputable vocational school accreditation A, 
• work experience 4 years in the related / same field. 
• Able to make a sketch drawing, can create AutoCAD drawings in two or three-dimensional  image. 
• Able to apply and operate land desktop. 

Public Relation Staff (Code : PR)
Requirements

• Male / Female. 
• Maximum 27 years old. 
• Minimum Bachelor of Public Relation or Communication or related science from reputable university with accreditation A. 
• Work experience at least 2 years in the related / same field, fresh graduated are welcome. 
• Must have basic knowledge of mass communication, public policy analysis and documentation. 
• Ability to interpret, approach, presenting the dynamics of the organization's environment 
• Able to speak and writing English fluenty. 
• Have good appearance, polite, persuasif and confident. 
• Preferably bachelors or single. 

Human Capital and General Affair Staff (Code : HCGA)
Requirements

• Male. 
• Maximum 27 years old. 
• Minimum Bachelor of Human Resources Management or related science from reputable  university with accreditation A. 
• Work experience 2 years in the related / same field, preferably have experience in construction industry, fresh graduated are welcome.
• Must have basic knowledge of in the field of human resource management, general affair  and documentation management. 
• Reliable in running the software and hardware in the governance of human resources and  office.

Requirements
Male.

• Minimum Bachelor of Legal, majoring ini Civil Law, from reputable university with accreditation A. 
• Work experience 2 years in the related / same field, fresh graduated are welcome. 
• Must have basic knowledge of in legal field and litigation. 
• Able to build good relationships and establish both internal and external network to the organization. 
• Able to speak and writing English fluenty.

• Preferably bachelors or single. 

Information Technology Officer (Code : IT)
Requirements

• Male / Female 
• Maximum 30 years old 
• Minimum Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology or related science from reputable university with accreditation A 
• Work experience at least 5 years the same field 
• Must have basic knowledge of the concept of integrated information systems, procedures,data processing network and office automation 
• Have a good understanding of information technology office, both software and hardware 
• Able to operate many operating system dan office software fluenty 

General Requirement For All Positions
1. GPA minimum 3.00.
2. Highly motivated, willing to learn, adaptable, good personality, high integrity, and good customer focus.
3. Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
4. Willing to travelling or to be placed in Sumatera.
5. Having a healthy physical and a good mentality.
6. Able to work in team, good communication, precision and meticulous in their work.
7. Have good understanding in English, speak or written.
8. For the position A, B, C, and D preferably having a certificate of profession who are members  of a professional association for the field / Indonesian Engineers Association (PII) / equivalent.
9. Willing to follow the selection process organized by HK.
