PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) didirikan pada tanggal 15 Februari 2002 dengan komposisi kepemilikan saham adalah 99% milik IPC. IPC merupakan badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) memiliki 12 kantor cabang pelabuhan yang tersebar di 10 propinsi dan 15 anak perusahaan termasuk MTI.
Sejak berdirinya perusahaan PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) kini memiliki 3 unit bisnis yaitu Terminal Multipurpose, Terminal Petikemas, dan Logistik. Pada tahun 2015, IPC melakukan restrukturisasi bisnis di lingkungan anak perusahaan dan MTI difokuskan untuk bisnis logistik. Sejalan dengan perubahan arah bisnis perusahaan tersebut, MTI telah melakukan perubahan logo serta visi, misi, dan value perusahaan.

Pada saat ini PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) membuka lowongan kerja terbaru, beriku informasi posisi dan persyaratannya :
1. Sales & Marketing – Bandung (Code: MKT-BDG) Responsibilities
- Selling company’s product/services to customer/potential customer;
- Preparing material for marketing/sales purposes/presentation;
- Achieving the target set by superior;
- Get new client and the same time maintain the relationship with existing client.
- Develop good relation with related stakeholder.
- provide the market data base and potential client and come up with marketing strategy to gain new market and retain the existing market.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma from any subject
- Having an experienced as sales/marketing in Forwarding/Logistic industry
- Good Selling Skills
- Min 1-2 yearS experience in logistic industry and familiar with the operation process
- Having a good communication and negotiation skill
- Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)
- Willing to travel out of town

2. Operation Staff – Bandung (Code: OPS-BDG) Responsibilities
- Handling customs clearance covering PEB/PIB, EDI System, mastering the HS CODE, etc
- Field work dealing with customs/vendors and monitoring the working process
- To quickly identify any problem may occurs and suggesting the solution precisely
- Documenting all related works properly
- Develop good relation with related stakeholder.
Qualifications
- Minimum SMA from any subject
- Having at least 1-2 experience in similar role in freight forwarding/shipping/EMKL/trucking companies
- Familiar to documentation and operation procedure
- Familiar with custom regulation export and import process for Sea/Air/Freight
- Good Communication Skill & Teamwork
- Having strong mentality, hardworking and excellent health
- Honest with strong integrity, able to work underpressure, teamwork oriented, assertive and pro active
